We’re thrilled to congratulate Amanda Butler, our Ascend Retreats Changemaker Scholarship recipient!
Amanda is a breast cancer survivor with a deep passion for uplifting and supporting others in the cancer community.
She is the founder of Cancer Baddies, a thriving membership group that fosters connection among patients, survivors, and caregivers through live chats, community events, and access to valuable resources. Amanda shares her experiences and educational content and encourages honest conversations about cancer. Her authenticity and dedication have created a space where people feel truly seen, heard, and supported. She has helped many find light in their darkest moments through her work.
As our Changemaker Scholarship winner, Amanda will attend the Thriving After Breast Cancer Retreat, happening June 5-10 in Sintra, Portugal. This retreat will allow her to recharge, reflect, and deepen her impact as she continues her advocacy for the cancer community.
