The retreat will be a deep dive into essential topics such as navigating early menopause, understanding hormonal and non-hormonal treatments, discovering the benefits of plant medicine, and learning effective relapse prevention strategies.
This transformative experience will empower you to amplify your impact throughout your community.

Dr. Menn, with her extensive experience in women’s health and hormonal care, and Dr. Gilberg-Lenz, renowned for her holistic approach and work in integrative medicine, bring unparalleled knowledge to the discussions. Their expertise will provide attendees with a deeper understanding of advanced health strategies and empower you with practical tools for long-term well-being, ensuring that your journey as a survivor and changemaker is enriched with cutting-edge, compassionate care.
